Will start off with a one-on-one consultation where we discuss and fill in the comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. We also run the more important assessment tests and then we prepare your personalized program.

FITNESS CLASSES

With a wide range of classes to choose from, the choice is entirely yours depending on the different fitness goals you would like to achieve . Choose from fitness classes that are available every day from Circuit training, to High Intensity Interval Training, Boot-camp, down to Pilates and Zumba.

ONLINE

We offer online training sessions that are aimed at our clients who are extremely busy, live far from a gym or those on the other side of the world. Our online sessions are available at your convenience when requested and although this delivery method will require more self-motivation,………          ….

PILATES

Pilates is an exercise method taught either as matwork or studio classes, privately or in groups.There are 3 ways to start your Pilates practice. You can either join the 6 week Beginners course  ,have a private introduction to Pilates or join an ongoing class…………..                      .         ……..
