Thanks to the slow, fluid and controlled movements ,Pilates is a wonderful way to improve core strength, enhance posture and increase body awareness. The technique will reduce tension, strengthen the deep postural muscles and increase flexibility. It is a non-impact technique with no added stresses on joints. This means it is  suitable if you are new to exercise, recovering from injury or returning after a rest .Pilates uses breathing techniques, focuses on the core muscle groups and the spine.

Will start off with a one-on-one consultation where we discuss and fill in the comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. We also run the more important assessment tests and then we prepare your personalized program. The face to face sessions are engaging, technique focused to help you get the most value from each session and extremely motivational with our personal trainer working alongside you making adjustments where required

Your nutritional state of mind is primary to us as it complements exercise and wellness. Our nutritional programs are set in order to improve your diet while advising you of superfoods and whole foods. We will work with you to jointly assess your current diet and devise a plan that has the right balance of macronutrients and micronutrients. The unbalanced diet will be avoided and replaced by a manageable, nutritious diet that comes well balanced under the guidelines for good nutrition.

With a wide range of classes to choose from, the choice is entirely yours depending on the different fitness goals you would like to achieve . Choose from fitness classes that are available every day from Circuit training, to High Intensity Interval Training, Boot-camp, down to Pilates and Zumba. Whether you are a beginner, a regular or a seasonal attendant, there is a class at a time to suit you. Our classes improve your endurance & strength levels, lose weight, get toned up and gain muscle
