FACE TO FACE TRAINING
This is the traditional method that delivers training one on one and requires you, our valued clients to come into our studio to work with our professional fitness instructor. This allows you face to face interaction with our personal trainer starting off with completing your fitness assessment PARQ, to help us ascertain your current fitness levels before embarking on a co-agreed fitness programme to suit you. Face to face training gives you direct access to high tech fitness equipment so that you do not have to invest a large amount of money up front to buy equipment. This method allows you to get the best workout experience possible through the guidance of our personal trainer focusing on your technique and your SMART goals. Our personal trainer will plan, measure and reassess your needs throughout the sessions to make sure you are comfortable as you gain the best value from our fitness delivery.
