GETTING STARTED
Beginners
If you are new to Pilates, or have very limited Pilates experience, you may start Pilates by
1. Joining an existing beginners or mixed ability class after at least one 60 minute private 1:1 assessment session
2. Join an existing beginners or mixed ability class after attending a two hour beginners workshop. These are held on Saturdays between 10am and 12 noon according to demand.
3. Join a new beginners class if one is being advertised. A place on a new beginners class can be booked online telephone and email,
Please note that some people will need to have an initial 1:1 assessment session before joining an existing class. All clients need to complete a health questionnaire before they attend an assessment session or a class (all information provided is treated in confidence).
People with some prior Pilates experience
You are welcome to join a suitable existing class at any time as it is not necessary to wait for the start of a six week block. The blocks are not courses
