If you are new to Pilates, or have very limited Pilates experience, you may start Pilates by
- Joining an existing beginners or mixed ability class after at least one 60 minute private 1:1 assessment session
- Join an existing beginners or mixed ability class after attending a two hour beginners workshop. These are held on Saturdays between 10am and 12 noon according to demand.
- Join a new beginner’s class if one is being advertised. A place on a new beginner’s class can be booked online telephone and email,
Please note that some people will need to have an initial 1:1 assessment session before joining an existing class. All clients need to complete a health questionnaire before they attend an assessment session or a class (all information provided is treated in confidence).
People with some prior Pilate’s experience
You are welcome to join a suitable existing class at any time as it is not necessary to wait for the start of a six week block. The blocks are not courses
